Dear GPSA Travel Coaches & Managers,

Practice schedules are now available. Click on the link at the bottom of this page to open the schedule in a new browser window.

Once the document is open, click on the colored tab at the bottom of the file to find your teams practice time slot. Notice there may be dates highlighted in red, which means your field may not be available for practice because of a scheduled game. If there is a conflict with your practice schedule, please advise the Field Maintenance Director immediately.

Practice Times:

Practices are in blocks of time running for 1.5 hours, beginning at 4:30- 6:00pm and then again from 6:00-7:30pm. Two teams per field, per practice blocks. North's main field is closed for practices. 

Weather Conditions:

All scheduled dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions. When the fields are closed due to weather conditions, travel teams will be notified by email as early as possible by the Field Director.  Please check your email during times of bad weather conditions.  This is the quickest way to learn the status of your field. The website will also have a Current Field Conditions alert posted on the Home page, as reference.
 
Closed Fields:

Any team found practicing on any part of a closed field after notification will be subject to GPSA policy of $300 fine and possible non- affiliation of team for the following season.
 
Scrimmage:

If a team wants to schedule a scrimmage they must email the Field Maintenance Director at fjschulte@hotmail.com . In your email, please provide the date and time of the scrimmage request.  No scrimmages will be allowed to be played on a field already scheduled for another practice time slot.

 
Field Conflict:

If you have a conflict with a team while you are on a field during the season please make the best of it for that evening.  Do what you can to work together untill the situation can be resolved. Then advise the Field Maintenance Director as soon as possible by email fjschulte@hotmail.com or by phone (313) 806-2509 so that the situation can be addressed in the future.
